Roti-Boti (bread & a piece of meat) was founded in 1995 by the owner/chef of the restaurant Ajab Singh Rawat, "Gypsy", a gold medal winning chef. He, his family & his staff joined their hard work, expertise and dedication to make this restaurant achieve heights of success in just a matter of a short period of time.
